DO you have to store the Antiseptic/Antibacterial Mouthwash Recipes with aloe vera juice in the refrigerator?
Apple cider vinegar is not a good mouthwash, it is acidic and will destroy the enamel on your teeth!

I’ve been looking for a mouthwash recipe with Thyme, so thank you 🙂 This is great!
When using hydrogen peroxide the ratio 3 to 1 (water being the 3 and the peroxide being the 1). If you use too much peroxide it will wear down your enamel and make sensitivity worse and weaken teeth drastically. Yes, it will white your teeth, but it is only doing that by wearing down the layers of enamel. PLEASE DO NOT USE MORE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE THAN THE 3 TO 1 RATIO. IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR TEETH PERMANENTLY.
What is I want alcohol in mine.
